Dr. Surajit Khanna brings a distinctive blend of legal advocacy, regulatory insight, and executive leadership to his practice. His experience spans personal injury, mass torts, product liability, insurance claims, intellectual property and copyright matters, juvenile justice, human trafficking, and trusts and estate planning, with a focus on practical solutions and meaningful client outcomes.

His practice also encompasses U.S. constitutional law and immigration, with particular experience in E-2 Treaty Investor and EB-5 Immigrant Investor matters. His background in SEC and public-company compliance, FDA and life-sciences regulation, corporate governance, and international business, coupled with his experience as a CEO and Board Chairman, brings a valuable legal and business perspective to complex matters.

Mr. Pitts focuses his practice on Immigration Law and SEC Compliance, advising individuals and businesses on complex immigration matters, regulatory filings, compliance obligations, and corporate governance. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to navigating regulatory requirements and protecting his clients' interests.

His broader legal experience includes administrative and employment matters, internal misconduct reviews, witness preparation, administrative hearings, settlement negotiations, commercial lease agreements, and class-action litigation. He has represented the District of Columbia in administrative proceedings and brings strong experience in evaluating legal claims, examining evidence, managing risk, and developing effective strategies for complex matters.

Reshma Kamath is a legal professional with experience in civil and business litigation, legal research and writing, dispute resolution, and corporate matters. Her background includes drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, conducting complex legal research, and supporting litigation strategy. She has served as a Public Neutral Arbitrator with FINRA and as an Appeals Officer for the State of Missouri. Earlier in her career, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Kamath also brings an international and interdisciplinary perspective, with experience in emerging technologies, blockchain, corporate governance, and international development.
